A full floor separates your room from additional bedrooms. Washer and dryer upstairs. Small deck in back with BBQ, looking onto creek, near walking trails. Bedroom and living room are very big approximately 17' x 13' and 17' x 15'. 1555 all included - wifi, electricity, heat & water. Preferably rent long term 6 month plus.
