| 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom townhouse located at the bottom of Promontory. The townhouse is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Close to a bus stop, Save on Foods, shops and schools. The townhouse gets a lot of sunlight. The only downside could be that I live downstairs and need access to the back door to enter and exit. There is a door separating the basement so except for me entering and exiting, you won't see me. Also, I would need to do laundry 1 day of the week. I will not use the kitchen or living room.
