Pros: - Rent is super low, everything is near by, large space/ tons of storage, living room is right next to this room and mostly unused so you are welcome to use it. Cons: - Wall paint is a bit patchy - Floor has some scratches - Can hear a bit of the highway from this room Things to know about the house: - The house has 2 beautiful cats that love running around the house all day. - I live in the main floor in a seperate room across the hall. There is a super nice couple that live upstairs. - There are currently 3 people living in this huge house and it can support up to 4 people. (Because there is only 1 bathroom). - Lots of basement space for storage if needed. - Harry Jerome community center and grocery stores are within 5-10 min walk. Things about you: - Ideally someone in 20s-30s and working fulltime or a fulltime student. - Must be okay with the cats. - Clean hygienic individual, always clean up after yourself. - Ideally someone who is not a big drinker or party animal. - We all live a 9-5 type life so no parties.
