Must be easy going and accept the fact that this is my space and my world and u just get to live in it temporarily for a price. Its a good stepping stone spot. Its a bit of a tiny space but newly renovated and a cozy spot and there is a heat pump and laundry and parking and I think it's perfect for those that just need a space for themselves and their clothes that is reasonably priced for what it is. Short term could be an option but preference will be given to those looking for long term if ur a good fit for the space. I also have a cat that prefers to be the only animal in the house so that is also something else to throw into the equation.
