The room is furnished with a single size bed. Linen, Towels, Heat, Lights, Wireless WiFi, Washer, Dryer, are all provided. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Everything is here, all you need is your food and own laundry soap. Prefer non-smokers and no drugs - no alcohol including no marijuana use. I have 2 cats. There are 3 Bus stops 7 minutes from the house. If you have a car everything is close!-- for example: Close to Irving Pulp & Paper Mill. (2 km drive) Close to the Highways & the Reversing Falls Bridge. (5 min drive) Irving Refinery (East SJ) is (15 min or 9 km drive.)
