Close to Saint John Uptown, UNB, groceries stores (East Side Walmart, Costco, Sobeys), restaurants and a bus stop at a 4-minute walking distance. The room is kept unfurnished for now. But if it’s needed, then the room will be furnished with a single-size bed, a study table with a chair. All utilities included in the rent: Heating Electricity Water Laundry Wi-fi Internet Washroom: There is a private half washroom inside of the room. Shared kitchen: There are two kitchens in the house and only 4 people will be sharing them. Laundry: 4 people will share the laundry Ready to move in on May 1, 2024. First month's rent plus last month's rent deposits are required. This Room is for one person only. Accepting working professionals or full-time students. No smoking and no pets please to the house and to the property as other people are allergic.
